Walter has over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real
estate sales and leasing, property management, investment, development,
operations and corporate management. His extensive local and regional
relationships have proven instrumental in creating opportunities for revenue
growth, recruiting and acquisition. Prior to joining Fulcra and Pathfinder,
Walter was Chief Operating Officer of Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc.,
his family’s company, where he managed operations for 11 offices and 350
people responsible for a 25 million square foot real estate portfolio.
